Please follow these instructions to register online for Umina United Soccer Club’s 2012 Season. 
 
Login

Go to the MyFootballClub website:  www.myfootballclub.com.au
  • Click on “Register Now” à“Register” à“Player Registration”
  • Follow the prompts to find your FFA no. and/or create a password or to create a new account.
  • Login using your FFA number and password:
    • FFANumber:
    • Password:

     Start Registration

    1. After you log in click on “Make a Registration” or “Register Now”.
    2. Check that your contact details are correct.
    3. Make sure your photo is recent and appropriate. Registrations with in-appropriate photos will be rejected!  (Please remember – these will be printed onto your ID card, so if you don’t look like the photo you will not be able to take the field.) Photos must be a passport style photo from the shoulders up with no hats or sunglasses.

    If you need help with adding a photo to your registration you can still register, then come along to a Rego Day and we can take your photo for you.
     

    1. Make sure the mandatory fields have been entered and click the “Proceed with Registration” button.
    2. On the next screen, enter in the club name which is Umina United Soccer Club.
    3. Select the Registration role as: “Player”. (Note: If this is the first time you have registered to play football in Australia you will need to confirm whether you played in another country.)
    4. Select the correct Registration Package that applies for your registration.

    (Family discounts are available, so please register all family members on-line choose the “Invoice Me” option and come along to a Rego Day to complete payment and receive your discount.)
     

    1. Then click the “Add” button.
    2. Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.
    3. Answer the Yes/No question at the top. Read and acknowledge all the Terms and Conditions then click Next.
    4. Click on “Pay Now” to pay online with a credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Or can select the Invoice Me button if you want to pay at our club registration day.  Payment must be made before a registration can be accepted.
    5. Answer the questions on the last page and click the “Save All Answers” button.


    Your registration has now been submitted.
    If you have paid on-line with your credit card there is no need to attend a Registration Day unless you wish to purchase some Gear or come and say hello!
     
    New players in 2012 and 18+ students claiming a discount must attend Rego Day to provide ID before their registration will be accepted.  Anyone applying for a Family Discount should select the Invoice Me button and come along and pay at a Registration Day.
